What you’ll tackle

Own programming and machining for both 2D operations and complex 3D surfaces (full CAD/CAM)
Perform accurate setups and operate Makino, Fidia, and DMG equipment
Leverage Heidenhain and Fanuc controls to deliver repeatable precision
Apply laser tool settings and machine macros to push productivity
Operate overhead cranes and forklifts in a fast-moving manufacturing environment

What you bring

3–5+ years of CNC programming experience; Tebis experience is a major plus
Hands-on background in plastic injection molds
Team-first attitude grounded in sound judgment, honesty, and integrity
Comfort working around oils and lubricants
Physical capability for constant standing/walking; some bending/climbing; pushing/pulling; and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Reliable transportation and regular, predictable attendance

Able to pass drug screen
