This role is ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of sales experience , but we also welcome experienced closers looking for stronger support, better products, and higher earning potential. With uncapped commission, paid training, and multiple revenue streams , first-year reps average $130,000–$150,000 OTE , with top performers earning more.
