Candidate can make over $75,000 a year with bonus and commission.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients, understanding their unique insurance needs.
• Develop and present customized insurance proposals, explaining coverage options clearly and concisely.
• Cultivate strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and exceptional service.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell relevant insurance products.
• Manage client accounts effectively, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely policy renewals.
• Collaborate with the team to share insights and best practices for client acquisition and retention.

Requirements

• A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Comfortable with technology and CRM systems
• Create relationships from a cold start.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Professional phone etiquette.
