Medical Information Specialist Lead (Fully Remote)

- Maintain high-quality standards by following approved scripts, guidelines, and SOPs.
- Lead and guide team members, providing support and direction for consistent service quality.
- Document and triage Medical Information Requests, Adverse Events, and Product Quality Complaints.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in medical information, healthcare, or related environments is advantageous.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Competitive salary range of $59,000–$60,000 CAD annually.
