Serving as the primary relationship manager for assigned health systems, the full-time Strategic Account Executive will drive the adoption and growth of genomic testing programs in NICU and PICU environments while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for assigned NICU and PICU health-system relationships Facilitate the adoption and growth of NICU WGS/WES and related genomic testing programs Collaborate with Regional Account Executives to support enterprise-to-site pull-through and monitor utilization trends Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred 5+ years of experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or health-system account management Experience with hospital systems and NICU/PICU environments Strong understanding of clinical adoption workflows and operational implementation Proven ability to manage complex relationships in a cross-functional environment
