Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior UXUI Designer with strong experience in designing enterprisescale digital products within the Banking and Financial Services domain The ideal candidate will have expertise in UX research interaction design UI design Figma and modern AIpowered design tools This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders product managers and engineering teams to deliver intuitive scalable and usercentric solutionsKey ResponsibilitiesLead endtoend UX design activities from discovery research and ideation through design validation and deliveryCreate user journeys personas information architecture wireframes prototypes and highfidelity UI designsDevelop and maintain scalable design systems and reusable design componentsUtilize Figma extensively for design prototyping collaboration and design handoffLeverage AIpowered design and productivity tools to improve design workflows and innovationWork directly with business stakeholders to understand user needs business objectives and translate them into effective design solutionsCollaborate closely with Product Managers Business Analysts and Engineering teams throughout the product lifecycleConduct usability reviews and recommend design improvements based on user feedback and insightsEnsure designs align with accessibility usability and enterprise UX standardsContribute to strategic design discussions and advocate for usercentered design practicesRequired Skills Qualifications5-8 years of professional experience in UXUI DesignStrong expertise in User Experience UX and User Interface UI design principlesAdvanced proficiency in Figma for wireframing prototyping and visual designExperience using AI design tools and modern design technologiesStrong understanding of interaction design information architecture and usercentered design methodologiesProven experience creating user journeys wireframes mockups prototypes and highfidelity designsExcellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skillsStrong ability to interact with business users and leadership teamsExperience working in large enterprise environments with complex business processesAbility to work effectively in crossfunctional Agile teamsStrong team player with a collaborative mindsetMandatory ExperienceBanking or Financial Services industry experience is requiredExperience designing applications platforms or digital solutions within banking operations payments lending wealth management commercial banking or related financial domainsPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting enterprise digital transformation initiativesFamiliarity with AgileScrum methodologiesExperience working with distributed teams across business and technology organizations
