Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient's goals, needs, and lifestyle. Deliver skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain. Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust your approach based on progress and clinical presentation. Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey. Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice). Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care. Compensation $80,000 - $95,000 per year + Sign On Bonus of $5,000 + weekly bonus based on patient volume up to an additional $8,000 per year, average less than 11 patients per day, and additional CEUs.
