Senior Project Manager Qualifications:

8+ years of commercial construction experience , with a strong track record of successfully managing projects from preconstruction through completion
Proven experience overseeing budgets, contracts, estimating, scheduling, and project execution
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders
Experience managing client relationships and serving as a key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
Ability to identify and resolve project challenges while maintaining schedule, budget, and quality expectations
Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
