QC Technician

Required Skills & Experience
• 2+ years of relevant experience\n\t• Perform visual and dimensional inspections on incoming parts\n\t• Use inspection tools such as:\n\t\t• Micrometers\n\t\t• Calipers\n\t\t• Height gauges\n\t\t• Go/no go gauge\n\t\t• (CMM experience is a plus)\n\t• Verify that materials meet quality and engineering requirements\n\t• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records\n\t• Communicate findings with warehouse and production teams\nRelease approved materials back to warehouse for use in production

Job Description

What a Typical Day Looks Like\n\t• Receive incoming parts from warehouse\n\t• Inspect components for defects, accuracy, and quality\n\t• Log and document inspection results in systems\n\t• Work closely with warehouse and production during morning syncs\n\t• Maintain a steady workflow with a strong focus on detail and precision\nQualifications\n\t• Prior quality control or inspection experience preferred\n\t• Experience using measurement and inspection tools\n\t• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision\n\t• Comfortable with visual inspection and documentation\n\t• Basic computer skills\nIdeal Candidate\n\t• Detail-oriented and process-driven\n\t• Experience in manufacturing or quality environments\n\t• Comfortable working independently\n\t• Strong focus on quality over speed
