Production Operator
Location: Germantown
Schedule: Full-Time

We are hiring a Production Operator to join a growing manufacturing team! This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get started in production or continue building experience in a hands-on manufacturing environment. In this role, you will set up and operate production machinery, package finished products, complete quality checks, and help keep production running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Set up and safely operate production machinery
• Follow production orders to ensure proper machine setup and material usage
• Accurately enter production information such as quantities, time, lot numbers, and package dates into the system
• Package finished goods according to work instructions
• Inspect machinery and troubleshoot minor issues as needed
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment
• Conduct quality checks throughout the production process
• Gather and use raw materials as outlined on production orders

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous production experience is not required
• Ability to read and follow work instructions
• Basic math skills
• Ability to learn how to operate machinery in a manufacturing environment
• Forklift certification required within 3 months of hire
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
