Assist with phone screen and reference checks of candidates. Conduct in-person training for new and existing employees on company systems, programs, and procedures. Provide Managers with assistance during the performance reviews process. Keep all HR files organized and compliant. Maintain both Compliance and HR calendars. Perform audit related compliance tasks as assigned. Additional HR and Compliance duties as required. What You Bring Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Enthusiastic and eager to learn and grow within the company High attention to detail and ability to retain new information quickly Punctual, dependable, and committed to compliance excellence Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position with working hours scheduled from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
