- 3 years applicable work experience and demonstrated proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD.
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field from an accredited college or university and 3 years of work experience in the Architectural design industry OR a combination of education and work experience in the Architectural field equivalent to 7 years.
- 2 years specific experience creating design documents, working in prototypical design, using families, detailing architectural elements, etc.
- Specialized experience or applicable design experience in one or more of the following: healthcare facilities, educational facilities, churches, hospitality, retail/commercial design.
