As our Production Supervisor , you will help drive Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost goals while working closely with the Value Stream Manager to keep operations running smoothly. Maintain clear communication with employees and foster a culture rooted in safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Stay active on the shop floor, stepping in to support production as needed.

Your Impact:

· Lead, coach, and support your team while fostering a positive and productive environment

· Set and manage daily/weekly/monthly SQDC targets

· Ensure equipment safety, maintenance, and a clean, organized workspace

· Coordinate workflow with other supervisors for efficient, on-time production

· Troubleshoot issues, monitor output, and support ongoing improvements

· Prepare schedules and performance reports

  What You Bring to the Team:

· 3–5 years of production/manufacturing experience

· 1–3 years of supervisory or team lead experience

· Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills

· Solid math skills and proficiency with Excel

· A hands-on leadership style with the willingness to support production tasks when needed
