What We Are Looking For In A Sales Associate Ability to enjoy work while outside in varying weather conditions. Able to stand on feet for long periods of time in a fast‑paced environment. Having a sense of urgency while maintaining a friendly & courteous attitude. Ability to lift 25 pounds unassisted. Educate customers on promotions, memberships and products to create the ideal service experience. Create a positive experience for every customer, every time by showing your eagerness to provide the “extra mile” of service.
