What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive general dentistry procedures for adult patients
- Extractions and other basic dental procedures as needed
- Collaborate with support staff, including RDA, DA, hygienist, and office manager
- Manage an average patient volume of approximately 13 patients per day
- Maintain a high standard of patient care and adherence to safety protocols
- Use ten operatories efficiently during each shift
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation and treatment planning
What You Need
- Active dental license in California
- Prior general dentistry experience, especially with adult patient populations
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to start ASAP and commit to the 60-90 day assignment
