Recruiter

Expanding, privately held aviation industrial firm seeking an experienced and dedicated Recruiter. In this high-volume role, you will lead the full-cycle recruitment process for our Newark, NJ operations and additional out-station sites nationally, supporting a workforce of over 800 employees across five NJ sites and national locations. This is a newly created position designed to support the growing operational needs, providing the opportunity to build out talent pipeline and streamline hiring processes. Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including posting roles, screening candidates, coordinating interviews with management, drafting offer letters, and extending offers.
• Volume & Evergreen Hiring: Manage consistent, high-volume hiring for critical operational roles, including Office Agents, Ramp Agents, and Warehouse Agents.
• Candidate Sourcing: Actively source talent using platforms such as LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed. Build relationships with local colleges, employment centers, and community work centers to host job fairs and drive applicant flow.
• Operational Partnership: Collaborate closely with managers to review applicant pipelines via ADP and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Onboarding Coordination: Partner with site administrators to manage background checks, badging, fingerprinting, and drug testing. Facilitate weekly training classes to ensure new hires are ready for the floor.
• Compliance: Maintain knowledge of union hiring processes and industry-specific wage requirements.
