Tax terms - W2 only Technical Expectations Frontend Development Strong working experience withAngular or React. Develops maintainable, modular UI components and integrates them with backend APIs. Understandsstate management, routing, performance considerations, and error handling. Awareness ofaccessibility and usability standardsexpected in enterprise applications. Any exposure to MFE (Micro Front end) is a plus Backend Development (Strong Focus) StrongproficiencyinJava and Spring Boot. Designs and implementsproduction‑gradeREST APIsfollowing DTCC standards. Solid understanding ofmicroservices architecture: Service boundaries Configuration management Inter‑servicecommunication Error handling and resiliency Working experience withKafka or equivalent messaging systems: Producers/consumers Topic usage Message versioning awareness Applieslogging, monitoring, and exception strategieessuitable for regulated environments. Database & SQL Strong SQLproficiency: Complex joins Subqueries Aggregations Can diagnose and fix basic query ordata‑relatedperformance issues. Cloud, Platform & DevOps Working knowledge of: Docker OpenShift / Kubernetesconcepts UnderstandsCI/CD pipelines and can troubleshoot build ordeploymentfailures. Not responsible for platformstrategy, butexpected to beplatform‑awareandself‑sufficient. Quality, Security & Compliance Writesunit andcomponenttestsas part of normal development. Participates in code reviews with a strong quality mindset. Understands secure coding principles and follows DTCC security standards.
