Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

$2080.80/week -

Job Summary:

Providing high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced, trauma-informed environment, the RN will deliver essential patient assessment and interventions in the Emergency Department. This role emphasizes teamwork, clinical excellence, and adaptability to a dynamic patient population.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess, prioritize, and initiate appropriate emergency interventions for incoming patients.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient vital signs and stabilize conditions as needed.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  
  
• 
  Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record (Meditech).
  
  
• 
  Respond quickly to emergencies, including stroke and sedation procedures.
  
  
• 
  Ensure adherence to unit policies, safety protocols, and patient confidentiality standards.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold a valid RN license with at least 1 year of emergency room experience.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate proficient clinical skills in emergency procedures and patient assessment.
  
  
• 
  Possess active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
  
  
• 
  Preferred: TNCC and NRP certifications.
  
  
• 
  Exhibit strong teamwork, communication, and critical thinking skills.
