We are a large family-owned and operated business, and we view all of our employees as family.IMMEDIATELY HIRING Warehouse Order Selectors, Top Earners Make Up to $90K/Year Including Base, Overtime, and Incentive Pay.Pay Rates: The starting pay rate is $22/hour for the day shift and $23/hour for the night shift. After 90 days of employment, employees are eligible for incentive pay up to $6/hour in additional compensation, healthcare benefits, and Paid Time Off. The pay range provided is not indicative of Wolverine's actual pay range but is merely algorithmic and provided for generalized comparison. We offer a 4-DAY WORK WEEK and the ability to pick up additional overtime!Order Selector Shifts Available:A-Shift - Sunday to Wednesday, 6:00 am to 6:00 pmB-Shift - Sunday to Wednesday, 6:00 pm to 6:00 amC-Shift - Wednesday to Saturday, 6:00 am to 6:00 pmD-Shift - Wednesday to Friday, 6:00 pm to 6:00 am, Saturday, 4:00 pm to 4:00 amE-Shift - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 6:00am to 6:00pmF-Shift - Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday, 6:00pm to 6:00amOrder Selector Job DutiesSafely operate stand-up Hi-Lo and/or Electric Pallet Jacks according to company and OSHA standardsPull and palletize customer orders accurately and efficiently in the Distribution Cooler (cool 30° temperature-controlled warehouse) or Freezer (very cold 0° temperature-controlled warehouse)Inventory managementMaintain a clean work environmentDeal with team members, customers, and the public in a professional and courteous mannerPerform additional tasks as requested by the supervisorOrder Selector Preferred QualificationsIndustrial athlete!
