Express Car Wash Manager-in-Training (MIT)

Waves Express Car Wash is seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our Manager in Training program. This role is designed for someone who wants to develop leadership skills, learn daily operations, and grow into a management position within a fast growing company. This is a hands on role that combines customer service, operations, and leadership development. You will work directly with experienced managers to learn how to run a successful site while gaining real world management experience. Job Summary As a Manager in Training, you will be responsible for supporting daily operations, delivering a strong customer experience, and developing the skills needed to lead a team and manage a location. Key Responsibilities Train alongside site leadership to learn all aspects of operations Greet customers and ensure a consistent and positive experience Assist with managing inventory, cleanliness, and site organization Support equipment upkeep and minor maintenance tasks Open and close the facility as scheduled Operate point of sale system and handle transactions accurately Maintain a clean and safe environment throughout the site Assist team members and step into leadership responsibilities as needed Requirements Positive attitude and strong work ethic Customer focused with strong communication skills Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends Ability to work in a fast paced outdoor environment Desire to grow into a leadership role What We Offer Hands on training with experienced leadership Clear path to advancement into Assistant Manager and beyond Fast paced and team oriented work environment Opportunity to grow with a company that promotes from within Growth Opportunity All of our managers started in entry level roles and advanced through performance and leadership.
