Ready to lead, have fun, and make a difference every shift? Tropical Smoothie Cafe is looking for energetic, dependable Shift Leaders who love great customer service, supporting their team, and keeping things running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
- Lead and motivate the crew
- Coach and support team members
- Help manage daily operations, opening/closing, and cash handling
- Ensure smooth operation of the cafe, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization
- Provide exceptional customer service, taking orders and preparing smoothies with precision and efficiency
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales targets and meet operational goals
- $14.00–$16.00 per hour
- Up to an additional $5/hour in tips

Requirements: As a Restaurant Shift Leader at Tropical Smoothie Cafe, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- At least 18 years old
- Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience preferred
- Leadership or shift management experience is a plus
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to lead by example and motivate a team
- Dependable, organized, and positive attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
