Hawthorne Center for Rehabilitation Healing of Ocala: Address: 4100 SW 33rd Ave, Ocala, FL 34474 TimberRidge Center for Rehabilitation Healing: Address: 9848 SW 110th St, Ocala, FL 34481 Step Up Rehab is the in-house therapy provider at Hawthorne Center for Rehabilitation Healing of Ocala and TimberRidge Center for Rehabilitation Healing.:: Work inside the dedicated therapy gyms within these skilled nursing facilities, helping residents regain function and independence through skilled, compassionate care. FULL-TIME POSITION: This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a COTA. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). Qualifications: * Graduate of an accredited COTA program
* Active Florida COTA license (or license-eligible) required
* SNF or post-acute experience preferred
