The Opportunity You will operate at the center of a fast-moving, relationship-driven recruiting environment supporting a mix of commercial and federal clients . Your role will focus on: Full-cycle recruiting across technical and professional roles Sourcing and engaging talent using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, Dice, and internal ATS platforms Building and maintaining strong pipelines of qualified candidates Conducting phone, video, and in-person interviews Performing reference checks and managing candidate vetting processes Negotiating compensation and closing candidates Partnering directly with clients through meetings and ongoing communication Collaborating with internal compliance teams to streamline onboarding This is a high-visibility, high-impact role with direct influence on client delivery, candidate experience, and revenue growth.
