Job Title: Machine Operator!!

Pay: $23 an hour.

Shift: 3rd shift

Job Description:

As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in our team, contributing to the advancement of clean energy solutions. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and committed to delivering quality work.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine tasks to support the manufacturing flow.
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards every day.
• Collaborate with your team to keep production moving smoothly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Essential Skills:

• Experience in machine operation is required.
• Proficiency in general production tasks.
• Familiarity with assembly processes and hand tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure.
• Competence in CNC operation and troubleshooting.
• Skill in using calipers and press brakes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, either day or night.
• Strong attention to quality and safety standards.
• Comfort with using tools and familiarity with computers.
• Possess a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Some manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Effective communication skills with teammates.

This is a Permanent position based out of Jeffersonville, IN.

The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $50500.00/yr.

• Fully invested in US Manufacturing
• Texas, Jeffersonville, Shelbyville – 4,000 new job - 1200 here
• Training/Travel: Lianshui, China
• Pay $23/hour
• Per Diem 8:30a-8:30p (12 hours 6 days), 8:30p-8:30a - $30
• 2-2-3 once in back in the US.
• Passport reimbursement if new
• $1200 sign on bonus ($300 on 1st pay check – 900 after 30 days). 1 year commitment
• Fast track advancement for those that train in China (based on performance)
