Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities include maintaining accuracy and security of assets assigned to the bank, providing Fill/Credit Services for TGs, JP payout and re-supply for slots, kiosks and slot booths, verifying and accepting drop funds from Soft Count, preparing daily external bank deposits, serving as central consolidation point for funds and paperwork for imprest banks & booths, maintaining assigned bank in a neat, organized, and professional manner, assisting patron in credit application completion and marker issuance/payment, enrolling guests into casino tracking system, maintaining accurate player tracking information, assisting with all casino promotions and special events, completing all player services transactions including enrollment, redemptions, tracking, card creation, etc, providing support services to Box Office Supervisor by assisting guests with distribution of event tickets, issuing redemptions to guests cashing in points, verifying contents and accepting responsibility of the bank, making cash-buys utilizing the correct procedure, reporting any system issues to the Manager, maintaining knowledge of property information, including memorabilia, greeting and assisting guests regarding services and information and providing superior guest service, assisting frontline cashiers with requests from guests as to comps, promotions, research and adjustment of points, as well as assistance in Patron Management operations, working frontline as needed during high volume periods, breaking other banks when needed, maintaining and conducting inventory of Encore Club supplies, running, reviewing and correcting Bad Zip, New Member, Promotional and other essential reports as directed by Shift Manager, ensuring that current promotional, marketing collateral and Promo Book is current, updated and on hand, updating "Daily Board" with that day's events and promotions, handling the Double-Platinum Window and Ticket Sales during the shift, assisting Box Office on show days, assisting with motorcoach manifests and greeting as directed by Shift Manager, maintaining spirit of Hard Rock and keeping workstation in neat, organized fashion.

Competencies include excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills, being very detail oriented, projecting a professional and positive image, having a high level of energy, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to deal with people in a manner that shows sensitivity, tact, and professionalism, ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all Hard Rockers and guests, ability to understand and promulgate written memos, instructions, regulations, excellent telephone skills required, ability to function with minimum supervision and make effective decisions during the shift, ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, basic mathematical skills, ability to balance shift and cage, data entry and typing skills preferred, basic computer skills and knowledgeable with casino computer systems, Microsoft applications, and timekeeping programs.

Qualifications

Preferred education is High School or better. Preferred experience includes knowing and complying with requirements of Title 31 Bank Secrecy Act as pertains to Credit/Cage transactions, previous cash handling experience, previous casino cage, credit, or players club experience. Required license is MS Gaming License.
