Join to apply for the Customer Service Representative role at PALFINGER AG 4 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Your Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls, e‑mails, fax, and walk‑in customers regarding price and availability and advise customers on substitution parts as needed. Ensure proper entry of received customer orders to confirm all required detail is present at time of order acceptance and communicate additional requirements to dealers when/where necessary. Provide dealers with latest parts delivery status and shipping information and expedite back‑ordered parts. Work with Service/Shop Manager/Vendors for required production support and provide parts application diagrams and photos when necessary. Exhibit basic knowledge of warranty policies. Your Qualifications Five (5) years’ experience in an industrial product’s spare parts sales environment. Diploma/certification in a technical field or Customer Service preferred. Knowledge and understanding of spare parts operations within dealer parts and service department levels. Customer service mindset to provide the best available solutions and to effectively communicate with dealer staff through questions and concerns. Mechanical experience/knowledge is preferred. What We Offer Salary Range $28.50 - $34.00 per hour Competitive compensation. 401(k) with Company match.
