Military Health IT Issue Resolution Specialist
Delphi Technologies
Delphi Technologies is looking for an Issue Resolution Specialist to manage the DHA Issue Resolution Process at Military Treatment Facilities. This role involves assisting end users, monitoring EHR helpdesk tickets, and coordinating with various staff to resolve issues efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma, ideally with an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent interpersonal skills are essential. This position is open to US citizens only. #J-18808-Ljbffr Delphi Technologies
