Case Manager I - In-Home Foster Care Support

SAFY

SAFY in Huntsville, Alabama, is seeking a full-time Case Manager I to handle a caseload of families and youth in our Therapeutic Foster Care Program. The role involves in-home, community-based visits and coordinating services with schools, courts, and county agencies to support clinical interventions.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a human services field, Alabama licensure preferred, and at least two years of related experience.
