Restoration Consultant

Perform investigations, surveys, and testing of existing structures to identify and diagnose deficiencies contributing to damage or deterioration. Critically analyze plans, specifications, and calculations prepared by others. Monitor project progress, adherence to project requirements, budgets, and procedural standards. Perform or review condition appraisals and develop repair schemes and recommendations. Complete and maintain project documentation in project management software. Manage multiple projects and teams, including engineers and technical personnel. Maintain, market, and promote restoration and forensic engineering consulting services to new and existing clients. Assist with training less experienced staff. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering, or Architecture. Professional license in architecture, structural engineering, or civil engineering. 5+ years of experience working and/or managing projects in the forensic and/or restoration fields, with recent experience preparing both condition assessment reports and restoration construction documents. Strong writing, communication, and team skills. Experience in developing and maintaining client relationships. Willingness to travel.
