Tombras was recently named 2025 AdAge Agency of the year and 2024 AdAge Independent Agency of the Year.Where you'll be working: KnoxvilleWhat You Will Be Doing:Responsible for developing strong client relationships, providing leadership with assigned clients regarding project implementationInterface with internal team and clients to advise status of on-going projects and ensure the smooth cooperation between resources, and the flow of the projects to track them on time, and on budgetParticipate in brainstorming and planning sessions to develop tactics that achieve client objectivesConduct competitive research to identify opportunities to capitalize on social trends that are relevant to our client's needs and objectivesManage jobs related to social media content creation and postingDevelop content and post social media content based on best practices and our SOWWork with clients to provide community management and reputation management by responding to comments, direct messages, and online reviewsTravel to content shoots as neededPerform other related duties as required and assigned by account managementWhat You Bring:1+ years of Social Media Management/Account Executive/Project Management work in an agency with experience working with and managing creative teams and paid social mediaStrong written and verbal communication and organizational skillsA passion for social media and pop cultureYou work well as a team player in a flexible, dynamic, and fast-paced environmentExceptional time management, attention to detail, proofreading and organizational skillsExperience managing and tracking multi-phase projectsStrong working knowledge of Google Docs and working in a Mac environmentEquivalent experience or a degree in advertising, communications, or communication studiesWhy you'll want to work at Tombras:Family - It comes first, on every list.
