Property Manager

Overview Natural Retreats is looking for a Property Manager to join our 360 Blue team in Santa Rosa Beach, FL . The Property Manager serves as the direct liaison between homeowners and Natural Retreats, overseeing properties under management. Core duties include communicating with homeowners, sustaining and growing relationships, and ensuring housekeeping, maintenance, and inspections are performed to guest and homeowner satisfaction. The role also supports new homeowners with 360 Blue by Natural Retreats processes, procedures, and standards. Essential Duties Act as dedicated point of contact for homeowners and perform duties including but not limited to: developing management-contract strategies to achieve a competitive edge; proactively understanding homeowner expectations (including revenue targets) and communicating satisfaction; timely communication; addressing client relations matters or concerns; developing and maintaining quality relationships. Analyze data to ensure revenue goals for homes are met. Ensure successful onboarding of new homeowners and properties (verifying information in the system, completing proper permitting, scheduling photography, etc.). Collaborate with Maintenance, Housekeeping, and other department heads regarding services needed for each property. Recommend and manage vendor outcomes for repairs and services (e.g., lawn care, pool care, property care) and approve vendor invoices. Review and approve homeowner charges and credits to produce accurate statements by applicable deadlines. Prepare for guest arrivals with duties such as: conducting recurring property walk-through inspections; ensuring housekeeping standards for safety and cleanliness; ensuring all home systems are operational; and staging the property per standards. Inform management of issues that could escalate and work with teams to guarantee guest and homeowner satisfaction. Complete and provide feedback on operational reports and inspections according to Natural Retreats policies. Conduct investigations and complete reports per Natural Retreats policies in the event of accidents, injuries, property damage or missing items. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Natural Retreats destinations and services to guests and colleagues. Maintain ongoing, open, honest, and timely communication with management, onsite staff, and all departments. The Team Member should be flexible with hours and available to respond to inquiries from 8 AM to 7 PM during a five-day work week. Two days off per week are encouraged where possible; guests may arrive at unpredictable times. The team member should be available for emergencies, including evenings and on-call hours.
