Warehouse Associate

Contract: 3 Months Client: Sysco International Food Group Work Location: Auburn WA 98001 Schedule: 1st shift-Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30pm • 30-minute unpaid lunch • Two paid 15-minute breaks • Occasional overtime as needed Pay Rate: Up to $20/hr. on W2 Onsite interviews Job Summary: Seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate with Reach Truck experience to support warehouse operations. This role involves receiving, picking, loading, unloading, replenishment, and inventory-related tasks, with approximately 85% of the work performed on a Reach Truck. Candidates must be able to operate a Reach Truck independently with minimal training. Responsibilities: • Operate a Reach Truck safely and efficiently • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming deliveries • Verify shipments against packing slips, purchase orders, and receiving schedules • Report damaged or missing items • Sort, label, organize, and store inventory in designated locations • Perform replenishment tasks from reserve to pick locations • Pick and verify merchandise accurately • Load merchandise onto trucks for shipment • Repack and shrink-wrap products as needed • Conduct daily equipment inspections • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization • Assist with general warehouse and inventory duties Required Skills: • Experience operating a Reach Truck • Warehouse experience • Picking and inventory handling experience • Ability to work independently and efficiently • Reliable transportation • Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse materials safely Preferred Skills: • Receiving experience • Forklift experience Tools/Environment: • Reach Truck • Forklift (as needed) • Warehouse environment (Dry conditions) • Full-time, day shift position under general supervision
