Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room (OR) professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months of recent OR experience, with skills in scrubbing and circulating for various surgical cases including robotic, GU, GYN, and general surgeries. The position requires taking call on nights and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Scrub and circulate during surgical procedures.
• Maintain accurate counts and manage specimens during surgeries.
• Collaborate effectively with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Participate in on-call rotations as required.

Minimum Qualifications

• 12 months of recent, permanent OR experience prior to travel.
• Active AHA BLS certification.
• Current Ohio license or compact license at the time of application.
• One reference from a managerial position (e.g., manager, ANM, supervisor, or director) in the specialty applied for, from assignments worked in the past 12 months.

Additional Information

This position involves working day shifts of 4x10 hours, from 07:00 AM to 05:30 PM. For travel candidates, the following policies apply:

• Background checks will be reviewed, and any open cases may affect eligibility.
• Negative drug screen results are mandatory within 12 months of the start date.
• Candidates must be nicotine-free, except for certain exempt positions.
