Team members contribute directly to creating safe, welcoming spaces for clients, tenants, and visitors. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Cleaner role based in the Miami Area. The Cleaner will perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal in commercial facilities. Responsibilities include cleaning restrooms and break areas, sanitizing high-touch surfaces, and restocking supplies as needed. The role involves following established cleaning procedures, using appropriate equipment and chemicals safely, and reporting maintenance or safety issues to supervisors. The Cleaner is expected to maintain a professional appearance, be punctual, and work collaboratively with the team to meet service standards and schedules. Qualifications Experience with general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and restroom cleaning. Ability to follow cleaning protocols, safety guidelines, and proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and time management skills to complete tasks efficiently. Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset when working around clients and building occupants. Willingness to work on-site in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale Area, with flexibility for different shifts as needed.
