Client Service Manager – Gallagher | Remote (Whippany, NJ Zone) Job Summary Gallagher is hiring a Client Service Manager to deliver high-quality service to Personal Lines clients in a shared call center environment. This remote role supports the Whippany, NJ zone (covering New Jersey, New York, Delaware, Connecticut, West Virginia, and Maryland) and offers a competitive salary of $40,000–$78,000/year , plus a comprehensive benefits package. Key Responsibilities Answer client phone and email inquiries related to billing, coverage, pricing, claims, cancellations, endorsements, inspections, and documentation requests Maintain complete and accurate client and policy data within Gallagher and affiliated carrier systems Support client satisfaction, retention, and overall customer experience goals Deliver consistent, high‑quality service aligned with Gallagher’s operational standards Identify opportunities to cross‑sell additional products or services Partner with team members and carriers to transition clients with complex needs Build rapport quickly with clients to identify needs clearly and confidently Leverage systems and resources to execute work efficiently Engage in consultative discussions with clients to enhance relationships Manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast‑paced environment Candidate Requirements Essential Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with 0+ years client service or claims management experience, OR High School diploma/GED with 3+ years client service or claims management experience Insurance Producer’s license Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with technology tools to maximize productivity and quality Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience managing client relationships or customer service Contact center experience (inbound/outbound) Knowledge of Personal Lines insurance (Home, Auto, Inland Marine) Familiarity with insurance carriers and market practices Work Traits: Team‑oriented and customer‑focused Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Problem‑solving mindset with ability to discover root causes Ability to interpret customer information accurately and deliver timely solutions Compensation Salary: $40,000–$78,000/year (commensurate with experience, education, and location) Total compensation includes base salary, incentives, and benefits Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance (starting day one) Life and accident insurance 401(k) and Roth options Health savings account (HSA) and flexible spending account (FSA)Paid parental leave Educational expense reimbursement Digital mental health services (Talkspace) Gallagher Thrive program for wellbeing and fitness Charitable matching gift program Flexible work hours (availability varies by role) Why Join Gallagher?
