GL Staffing is seeking an experienced Processor Compounder to join our nutraceutical manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately weighing, blending, and compounding raw materials according to approved formulas and batch records while ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), FDA regulations, and company quality standards.

This position plays a critical role in producing high-quality dietary supplements, vitamins, and nutraceutical products in a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.

• Monday through Friday (weekend work may be required as needed)

3rd shifts from 11pm until 7:30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and compound product batches according to approved formulas, manufacturing instructions, and batch records.
• Accurately weigh, measure, and verify raw materials before processing.
• Operate and monitor mixers, blenders, tanks, pumps, and other processing equipment.
• Perform equipment setup, cleaning, and sanitation before and after production.
• Monitor mixing times, temperatures, and processing parameters to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Record all production activities accurately and maintain complete batch documentation.
• Inspect raw materials and finished batches for quality and report any discrepancies.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), GMP guidelines, FDA regulations, and company safety policies.
• Work closely with Quality Assurance, Warehouse, and Production teams to ensure efficient operations.
• Assist with inventory control by reporting raw material usage and shortages.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Processor, Compounder, Mixer, or Batch Maker in a nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, food, or dietary supplement manufacturing environment.
• Experience reading and following batch records and manufacturing formulas.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety regulations.
