Lawn Manager / Lawn Care Tech

Lawn Care Manager Bloom Partners has been engaged by a Commercial Landscape company in the Hialeah, FL market to recruit and hire a Lawn Care Manager to join their Lawn Care Division. Qualifications High school diploma/GED or six (6) months to one (1) year of related experience and/or training in agronomy, horticulture, and/or customer service, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Must possess a valid Florida driver's license. Responsibilities (including, but not limited to) Apply fertilizers and pesticides to lawns in accordance with established schedules, safety procedures, and label instructions. Respond promptly to customer requests for telephone and in-person service visits. Complete necessary production forms and follow customer instructions. Ensure cleanliness, safety, and general maintenance of vehicles and equipment. Contribute to maintaining the cleanliness of the facility. Address any miscellaneous issues that may arise in day-to-day operations. Required Skills Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Proficient mathematical skills for calculating figures and amounts, including square footage, percentages, and discounts. Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with punctuality for on‑time attendance.
