Your Responsibilities
* Identify prospective healthcare candidates using our innovative platform alongside your personal network
* Engage with potential candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their interests
* Facilitate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for thorough evaluations
* Proactively follow up with leads to nurture interest and assist in the hiring process
* Maintain meticulous and current records in our applicant tracking system
* Earn commission based on meetings set, interviews conducted, and successful hires stemming from your leads
