Fast Track General Manager

As a General Manager, you will be the leader of your restaurant’s Meatcraft® and will help your Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the restaurant’s Meatcraft® operations.
  • Help your Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives.
  • Coordinate local store marketing and help reach sale and profit goals.
  • Ensure the restaurant delivers top-quality meats.
Qualifications
  • Have at least one year of restaurant or retail management experience.
  • Have impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.
