These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings:Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.Preferred QualificationsMaster's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 6+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment) and working across functions to deliver program outcomesOR Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment) and working across functions to deliver program outcomesOR equivalent experience.Six Sigma CertificationExperience leading large-scale business transformation, AI adoption, digital modernization, or process improvement initiatives across complex supply chain or operational environments.Strong understanding of data-driven decision making, knowledge management, business intelligence, and the role of contextual information in enabling effective AI and intelligent workflows.Demonstrated success identifying, scaling, and institutionalizing best practices through governance, operating models, training programs, and organizational change management.Expertise in applying continuous improvement methodologies and performance measurement frameworks to drive outcomes.Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders, translating business challenges into AI-enabled opportunities.Supply Chain Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $97,600 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $125,000 - $206,400 per year.
