We’re hiring a Community Manager in Dickson, TN!

Tranquilo Communities is looking for a motivated, sales-focused leader to manage a 163-site manufactured housing community undergoing redevelopment and preparing for growth.

This role combines community operations with home sales, including helping rental residents transition to homeownership.

What you’ll do:

Drive home sales, manage leads, conduct tours, and close transactions.
Oversee daily operations, rent collections, and resident relations.
Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate vendors.
Support redevelopment, home deliveries, and community expansion.

What we’re looking for:

A self-starter with a strong sales background, consistent follow-through, and excellent organizational and communication skills. Experience in manufactured housing, real estate, leasing, or property management is preferred.

Compensation & benefits:

Base salary starting at $50,000, depending on experience.
Leasing and home sales commissions, plus performance bonuses.
Health, dental, and vision insurance.
Relocation incentive and potential onsite housing.

Full-time, in person, with occasional evenings or weekends to accommodate buyers.
