Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist Full-Time Opportunity | $3,000 Sign-On Bonus Garland/Richardson/NE Dallas | Caseload Ready to Go What Makes This Opportunity Stand Out $3,000 sign-on bonus Caseload ready to go in Garland/Richardson/NE Dallas Mileage reimbursement Flexible full-time scheduling Generous PTO package, including vacation time, paid holidays, and sick time Opportunity to gain feeding experience with mentorship available Supportive pediatric leadership and field team collaboration What You’ll Do Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each child’s needs, goals, and family priorities Provide direct speech therapy services in the home setting Support skill development related to speech, language, communication, social interaction, feeding, and functional independence Gain exposure to pediatric feeding with mentorship and support available Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to support meaningful outcomes Partner closely with parents and caregivers to encourage carryover between visits Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide coordinated, child-centered care Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including evaluations, daily notes, and progress reports Requirements Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license Certificate of Clinical Competence, CCC-SLP, preferred Clinical Fellows may be considered based on supervision and mentorship availability Pediatric experience preferred, but not required Feeding experience or interest in feeding mentorship is a plus Home health experience is a plus Current CPR certification, or willingness to obtain Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within the assigned service area Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills Compassionate, dependable, and family-centered approach to care What We Offer Competitive compensation Mileage reimbursement Flexible full-time scheduling Supportive clinical leadership and team collaboration Generous PTO package, including vacation time, paid holidays, and sick time Online training platform with 1,000+ professional development videos Employee recognition and spotlight programs Employee discount program with savings on wellness, fitness, travel, entertainment, and more Referral program with up to $5,000 incentive Additional benefits may be available for employees working 32+ hours per week, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and more.
