TurboTax is looking for a Product Expert to assist customers by answering their questions regarding tax return software. This role enables you to work from home and set a flexible schedule between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, with a minimum requirement of 25 hours per week. Successful candidates will be proficient in communication and eager to learn.
