Loom Technician (Fixer)

We are seeking an experienced Loom Technician (Fixer) to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair rapier and air jet weaving looms in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain weaving looms to meet production requirements.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and replace defective parts.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine machine inspections.
• Adjust machine timing, tension, and alignment for optimal performance.
• Diagnose and resolve loom stoppages and mechanical defects.
• Assist with loom setup changes and warp changes as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience working with rapier and/or air jet weaving looms preferred.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a production environment.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Team-oriented with a focus on quality and productivity.
