We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Automotive Center Service Manager to lead our service department, enhance operational performance, and ensure customer satisfaction. Job Responsibilities: Oversee all service center operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability Lead and motivate a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff Ensure outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to drive business growth Manage service schedules, workflow, and quality control to optimize operations Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and revenue Oversee inventory management and vendor relationships for parts and supplies Qualifications: Proven experience as an Automotive Service Manager or in a similar leadership role.
