Responsibilities

The crew member's responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive guest-experience
• Assist customers with ordering their favorite McDonald's meals
• Cook and prepare McDonald's world-famous food
• Partner with other crew and managers to meet daily goals and have fun
• Keep the restaurant looking fantastic
