• 15 - 18 shifts per month available
• 12-hour and 24-hour shifts -- 7 am - 7 pm and 7 pm - 7 am
• 1.3 patients per hour
• Emergency medicine -- outpatient and fast track setting
• Fast track -- 3 bays available
• Low acuity level
• Pediatric cases -- approximately 20% of patient population
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
