Role Description This is a full-time on-site /hybrid role for an Escrow Officer located in San Diego and Temecula. The Escrow Officer will oversee and manage escrow transactions, ensuring they are completed in a timely and accurate manner. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing escrow files, managing closing processes, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. The role also demands delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional relationship with clients, real estate agents, and loan officers. Qualifications Proficiency in handling Closings and Escrow processes Knowledge of Residential Real Estate transactions Strong Customer Service and communication skills Active Notary Public certification is preferred Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively Prior experience in escrow services or real estate transactions is strongly preferred High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in a related field is a plus Strong understanding of relevant legal and regulatory requirements #J-18808-Ljbffr Foundation Escrow
