Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Data Analyst for a large healthcare provider in Charleston, SC. This individual will perform advanced data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence functions supporting operational, financial, and clinical initiatives across physician practices. They will work directly with providers and stakeholders to transform healthcare data into actionable insights, identify performance improvement opportunities, and support strategic decision-making. This is a full-time hybrid opportunity based in Charleston, SC.\nKey Responsibilities\n•\tAnalyze large healthcare datasets from EMR systems and other enterprise applications to identify trends, opportunities, and operational performance drivers.\n•\tTranslate complex data into meaningful business recommendations.\n•\tDevelop, maintain, and optimize dashboards, scorecards, and reports using Power BI and other visualization tools.\n•\tPresent data in a clear, actionable format for executives, operational leaders, and clinical teams.\n•\tWrite and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, transform, validate, and analyze data from multiple systems.\n•\tEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting solutions.\n•\tPartner with finance, operations, and clinical leadership to evaluate KPIs, identify process improvements, and support strategic initiatives.\n•\tGather reporting requirements from business users and deliver analytical solutions aligned with organizational goals.\n•\tCommunicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.\n•\tConduct ad hoc analyses, trend investigations, and performance evaluations to support leadership decision-making.\n•\tIdentify opportunities to automate reporting workflows and improve data accessibility using analytics tools and Python.\n•\tSupport forecasting, benchmarking, operational planning, and performance improvement initiatives through data-driven recommendations.
