Job OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for an ICU position. This role requires flexibility as the nurse will float between various units depending on patient care needs.Shift DetailsSchedule: Night Shift 3x12-Hour (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)On-Call: Yes, the RN must report to work within 45 minutes.Weekend Requirement: Yes, required every other weekend.Floating: Yes, expected to float based on unit needs.ResponsibilitiesThe Registered Nurse will provide nursing care for critically ill adults in the ICU setting, managing various medical conditions and procedures while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.Patient RatiosDay Shift: 1:1, 1:2, or 1:3 ratios depending on patient acuityNight Shift: 1:2 or 1:3 ratios dependent on patient acuityQualificationsPrevious Charge Experience: RequiredYears of Experience: Minimum of 2 yearsCertifications: ACLS, BLS, MAB*, NIHSS, CCRN*Skills: Proficient in managing IVs, ventilator support, arterial line management, and more.Special RequirementsThe nurse must possess a valid compact state license at the time of submission.
